Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Proficiency with chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
- Type 45+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Reliable internet connection for remote work capability
- Available to work 20-30 hours/week including evenings/weekends
