- Engage with customers via live chat to provide accurate information and timely solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
