Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, technical concerns, and service complaints efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify upsell opportunities for relevant products/services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Atlanta office
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (up to 25 hours/week)
