Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with technical aptitude
- Exceptional active listening and de-escalation abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (25-30 hrs/week)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
