- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes

- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends optional)
- Positive attitude under pressure
