Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain call quality metrics
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer scenarios
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security guidelines
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
