Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Adhere to compliance protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (schedule provided in advance)
- Basic typing proficiency (30+ WPM)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
