Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a B2C environment
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, empathetic delivery
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hours/week)
