Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
