- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products/services and policies
- Meet key performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving with conflict resolution aptitude
- Available 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
