Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Contribute to process improvements during weekly team huddles
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for payment processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification a major plus
