Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product inquiries efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C/B2B environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (15-25 hours/week)
- Florida residency required for in-office support
