- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues within SLA targets
- Document interactions in CRM system with precise detail and timeliness
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex customer needs
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
