Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and elevate customer satisfaction
- Meet performance metrics including average handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Update CRM systems with detailed interaction notes and solution outcomes

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
