- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols through continuous training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
