Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and account updates using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with billing and technical teams on complex cases
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in monthly performance improvement workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis area preferred
