- Handle 25-35 inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Update CRM systems with accurate interaction details and resolution status
- Collaborate with billing and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through quality interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Southern hospitality
- Type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings (until 8 PM)
