Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using company protocols and CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate departments
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (20-25 hrs/week)
