Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues on first contact whenever possible
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Meet key performance metrics including resolution rates and satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
