- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications (email/chat) with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in company systems
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain positive customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Available 20-30 hours/week including evenings/weekends
- Ohio residency required
