Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service concerns efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet key performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities for relevant products/services
- Participate in ongoing product training and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and Saturdays
- Positive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
