Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and update customer profiles
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and brand representation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (20-30 hours/week)
- Residency in Austin or surrounding metropolitan area required
