Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support team to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call handling and resolution
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
- Positive attitude and patience in high-pressure situations
- Local Columbus/GA residency preferred
