Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service issues with first-call resolution mindset
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Attend mandatory hiring event on October 20th
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Must attend in-person hiring event
- Available 20-25 hours/week
