Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Listen to customer concerns, accurately document interactions in the CRM system, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Provide product information and troubleshoot basic technical inquiries.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company call scripts and policies.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
