What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy.
