Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter and update customer information into our CRM system with 100% accuracy.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and resolve escalations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
