Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account details accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues using problem-solving techniques and escalation protocols.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and inform customers accordingly.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent service quality across all shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, professional telephone manner.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
