Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (for hybrid roles).
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends.
