- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and find optimal solutions.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and inventory inquiries.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
