Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while adhering to sales scripts.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company policies and procedures.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
