Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must reside in the United States with a stable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 30-40 WPM.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work a set schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
