- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
