- Maintain Accurate Records: Document all interactions and resolutions within our CRM system to ensure accurate client history and follow-up.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products that add value to the customer's needs.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow all company scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and compliance regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Previous Call Center Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or support role is highly preferred.
