Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive customer solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
