- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient with computers and basic typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a set part-time schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
