Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues by analyzing problems and providing accurate, effective solutions.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM database.
- Communicate product information, policy details, and service updates clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate issues and improve service standards.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
