Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional tone.
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve unresolved issues.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a bonus).
