What You'll Do

Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account information, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document detailed customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Elevate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
