- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback meticulously in our database systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer feedback and improve service protocols.
- Provide product and service training to new clients to ensure product proficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary while maintaining client trust.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult or upset customers.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
