Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during night and weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to clinical staff
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Support admissions, discharges, and transfer procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA, EMT, or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
