Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, empathetic, and accurate solutions via live chat channels
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Adhere to company SLAs and quality assurance standards
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via chat/email/phone
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong typing speed (60+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (Pacific Time)
- Reside in North Carolina for tax purposes
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
