Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup/breakdown of weekend festivals and markets
- Manage vendor check-in and attendee flow during events
- Execute event timelines and communicate with stakeholders
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure guest safety
- Assist with promotional activities and social media coverage
- Track inventory and supplies for event operations
- Train and supervise volunteer teams during shifts
Qualifications
- Available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (10am-6pm)
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Basic knowledge of event management software
