Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest support at assigned venues
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols
- Operate event equipment (check-in stations, signage, etc.)
- Assist with setup/breakdown procedures
- Handle cash transactions and sales when required
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
- Report issues to on-site management team
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Strong customer service mindset
