Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and restock shelves to ensure product availability for weekend customers.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery with a focus on speed and precision.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily operational goals.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the flexibility to cover occasional holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are essential.
