Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain product displays, organize shelves, and ensure inventory is restocked and visually appealing.
- Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work consistent weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
