Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Execute store opening/closing procedures and maintain inventory accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service standards
- Train and onboard new weekend associates on product knowledge and systems
- Monitor sales floor operations and implement visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions and handle cash management procedures
- Collaborate with weekday management team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
