Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high operational standards.
- Handle customer feedback positively and resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience required—we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift adjustments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
