Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for complex, real-time systems.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish industry thought leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
