Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and coherence in 50+ qubit environments
- Develop neural network architectures compatible with quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and ML engineers in quantum-AI integration projects
- Document quantum computing protocols for enterprise deployment standards
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum machine learning research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and classical AI optimization
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
